✍️ При управлении многоквартирными домами между управляющей организацией и собственниками должны подписываться акты выполненных работ/оказанных услуг.
Такие акты являются составной частью технической документации на дом (п.9 Правил оказания услуг и выполнения работ, ППРФ от 3 апреля 2013 года N 290).
📝 Форма акта является обязательно и утверждена приказом Минстроя от 26 октября 2015 года N 761/пр.
