Выскажу свое мнение , если бы у меня такое произошло , даже не на пешеходном переходе , даже если была бы царапина на бампере , я бы первым делом увидя что это пенсионер , побеспокоился о его здоровье .

И думал вы тоже адекватные , не стали бы размахивать руками
