A few weeks in and I see I have been a bit quiet on what the channel is about. Rather than following the understanding of druidry most have through D&D, I started this channel because I myself am soon to start my first lesson as a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids and wanted to have this channel as a diary of sorts. So Druidposting exists to chart my course on the druidic path and hopefully showcase authentic druidic values, such as deep ecology, earth-based spirituality, sustainable living, ecocentrism, veganism, animism, and more.
The channel will get political from time to time - unapologetically so. It is impossible to discuss environmentalism without discussing the corporations and capitalist system that is actively destroying the environment. This is druidry with teeth. If you are looking for a channel to make lip service to the Old Gods while swinging swastikas, othalas, and sonnenrads, you won't find it here. But for those who stick around, I hope to pique your interest and help everyone think of how to venerate the natural world around them and to build a better world from here.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
