Все дело в снежных навалах, в которые превращены обочины дорог и дворы, а также снесенные бравыми дорожниками леерные ограждения, на установку коих ушли миллионы из скудного бюджета.
Так вот, не подействовало! Снег просто стали сдвигать на деревья 🤦🏼♂️ Почему? Да потому, что официального снежного полигона, соответствующего всем требованиям закона, у областного центра нет. Т.е. подрядчики при всем желании вывезти снег не могут.
Кто виноват? Вы не поверите, но депутаты ГорДумы, которые на протяжении многих лет не находили средств на оборудование полигона😉 Ну и сама администрация Архангельска.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
