"С точки зрения того, насколько влияет ставка на курс. Очень сложно рассуждать в терминах "если бы да кабы", но я думаю, и коллеги с экономическим образованием подтвердят, что если бы ставка осталась 8,5%, то мы бы сейчас смотрели на другой уровень обменного курса, который был бы, скорее всего, хорошо трехзначным". For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
