По данным Росстата, в первой половине текущего года размер средней назначенной пенсии в РФ снизился до 25% относительно среднего размера начисленной заработной платы работников. Значение этого коэффициента замещения стало самым низким за последние десять лет, что отражает отставание темпов повышения пенсий от скорости роста зарплат на дефицитном рынке труда.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
