🔹به گزارش اداره کل روابط عمومی و امور بین الملل استانداری قم، بنا بر اطلاعیه صادره کارگروه انرژی، با عنایت به گزارش سازمان هواشناسی، مبنی بر ورود جبهه سرما، برودت هوا و بارش نزولات آسمانی به صورت برف و با هدف پایداری شبکه انرژی، دستگاه‌های اجرایی، مدارس ،دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی، بانک‌ها و بیمه‌های استان (به استثنای واحدهای ذی ربط در مراکز درمانی، دستگاه‌های خدمات رسان، امدادی و بانکهای کشیک) در روز شنبه ۲۰ بهمن ماه تعطیل خواهند بود.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
