Чаще всего жилье покупают на вторичном рынке, и с полной оплатой (без ипотеки). Значит, это способ "спрятать" капиталы. И турецкий рынок чутко реагирует на такой запрос ростом цен.
Быстрее всего разлетается жилье в мегаполисах (Стамбуле, Анкаре и Измире) и прибрежной Анталии.
Вместе с россиянами все чаще покупают квартиры и дома в Турции жители постсоветских стран. В топе - Казахстан, Украина и Азербайджан. Но даже сообща покупатели из этих 3 государств не дотянули до россиян.
