По данным SHOT, Карпин принял решение уйти с поста главного тренера ФК «Ростов», чтобы уехать в Эстонию — заняться там семейными делами и формированием «семейного гнёздышка». Главной причиной стало желание отправить дочерей в эстонскую школу, старшая в сентябре пойдет в первый класс. Вместе с младшей они сейчас активно изучают эстонский язык в Таллине. Также сейчас в Эстонии семья Карпина достраивает дом.

Удивительно, кто мог наступить на хвост Карпина так, что он решил переехать на историческую родину.
Не хотелось бы ванговать, но, кажется, мы теряем тренера сборной, не долго ему на этой должности сидеть.
