Московская строительная компания "СК Флан-М" подала в суд на Корпорацию Развития Рязанской области, требуя 155,6 млн рублей за неосновательное обогащение.
Спор касается контракта на создание инфраструктуры индустриального парка "Рязанский" стоимостью 4,5 млрд рублей, который был заключен в 2021 году и полностью исполнен.
Судебное заседание назначено на 21 ноября.
Интересно, куда Корпорация дела 156 миллионов, если получила их, но подрядчику не передала? Там уже не миллионами, а сотнями миллионов воруют?
