Там отметили, когда принимался закон о распределении финансов в области — был профицит почти на 3 миллиарда рублей. Сверили данные спустя 8 месяцев — казне не хватает около 7 миллиардов. Причина — не дополучили доходы, на которые рассчитывали. Например, меньше поступило штрафов за нарушения правил крупногабаритным транспортом, а еще существенно снизились поступления с налога на прибыль предприятий. Депутаты рекомендовали правительству региона срочно подготовить варианты увеличения доходов. А экспертам комитетов Думы — разработать меры повышения точности прогнозов социально-экономического развития.
