5 января, в Неделю 28-ю по Пятидесятнице, пред Рождеством Христовым, святых отец, на приходе преподобного Сергия Радонежского в г. Румонге (Бурунди) благочинный иерей Димитрий Нтахоншикие и иерей Епифаний Акизимана в сослужении диакона Фомы Нисенгве совершили Божественную литургию.
По окончании богослужения состоялось таинство Крещения восьми местных жителей, взрослых и детей.
Также был совершен чин присоединения одного инославного верующего.
Затем все участники богослужения разделили совместную трапезу.
