هنا مادةٌ تطبيقيةٌ على هذا التباين في قضية كثر الجدل عليها في هذه الأيام وهي الموقف من بعض علماء الإسلام كالنووي وابن حجر وغيرهم، رحمة الله عليهم أجمعين.
