🔘19 ноября в Минюсте России @minjust_russia состоялось очередное Всероссийское совещание по вопросам оказания бесплатной юридической помощи участникам специальной военной операции и членам их семей.
В мероприятии участвовал министр юстиции РФ Константин Чуйченко, Уполномоченный по правам человека в Российской Федерации Татьяна Москалькова, представители Счетной палаты РФ, Государственной Думы ФС РФ, территориальных органов Минюста России, Ассоциации юристов России, Федеральной нотариальной палаты.
👤 Вице-президент Федеральной палаты адвокатов РФ, президент Адвокатской палаты Воронежской области Олег Баулин, выступая на совещании, отметил, что работа по оказанию юридической помощи участникам СВО остается в центре внимания российской адвокатуры, однако законодательство, регулирующее оказание БЮП этой категории граждан, необходимо изменить с той целью, чтобы адвокаты получили возможность не только консультировать участников СВО, но и осуществлять их судебное представительство в рамках государственной системы БЮП.
