25 ноября объявила о своём увольнении Екатерина Пунтус, министр туризма Хабаровского края. На своей должности она проработала три года.

Исполняющим обязанности министра назначен Александр Карев, который до увольнения Пунтус был ее заместителем.

Александр Станиславович Карев работает в «белом доме» со времен губернатора Шпорта. Сначала он был помощником вице-губернатора Щетнева, потом перешел в Минстрой, где стал начальником управления строительства объектов краевой и муниципальной собственности. После создания министерства туризма перешел туда.

Известно, что он учился в аспирантуре ДВИУ РАНХиГС по специальности «Экономика».
