Неудивительно, что главным вопросом повестки дня пленарного заседания съезда станет доклад министра национальной и региональный политики республики Сергея Киселева о поддержке правительством Карелии экономического, социального и этнокультурного развития карелов.
Еще менее удивительно, что республиканские власти решили ограничить доступ на этот съезд. Как заявили в карельском Миннаце, пропускать на заседание будут по спискам. Министерские чиновники объяснили это "необходимостью соблюдения мер антитеррористической защищенности".

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
