Александр Глисков направил поправки в закон о бесплатной юридической помощи для семей с детьми до 14 лет для защиты от произвола КДН.
Комиссия по делам несовершеннолетних работает активно и количество рассмотренных дел увеличивается из года в год. Сотрудники комиссий могут увидеть семью первый раз и сделать поспешные, неверные выводы, навесив штраф или в крайнем случае, отобрать ребенка и поместить в закрытое учреждение. Родители, чаще всего, не знают своих прав и становятся беспомощными к нападкам КНД.
Депутат считает, что родная семья нуждается в юридических консультациях, чтобы как-то обезопасить себя от субъективных решений подобных комиссий, и просит коллег поддержать инициативу.
Помощь семье должна быть приоритетным направлением при нынешней сложной ситуации с демографией.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram.
