Если документ подпишут, то иностранным гражданам запрещено будет торговать алкоголем и табачными изделиями, работать в такси и общественном транспорте, в образовании, здравоохранении, предоставлении социальных услуг, производстве детского питания и лекарств, в сфере охоты и отлова диких животных.
