Сегодня работаем на Российском экологическом форуме, поэтому комментирую, то, что услышал интересного. Руслан Эдельгериев предлагает экспортировать наш опыт и организацию на другие страны. Как бы мы не ругались на созданную систему, потенциал для ее экспорта в другие страны определенно есть, тема интересная. Для страны - это мягкая сила и растущая роль в глобальной климатической повестке - тоже важный вопрос. Но вот вопрос - кто станет главным двигателем процесса, кому это действительно нужно?
