И это Кремль?

На фото Торопец, самый древний город Тверской области, где с 14 по 17 век был свой Кремль на Красном валу. В этом году там решили воссоздать частичку утраченного, поэтому появилась инсталляция с имитацией стены и Лисьей башни Кремля.

Это сложно назвать восстановлением, потому что общее у старого и нового лишь в форме — цвет, материалы и просматриваемая стена намекают, что это не крепость, а аттракцион. При этом появилась возможность понять масштабы средневековой крепости и новая смотровая точка. В общем, довольно неплохо.

Но вот чего я не могу понять — почему лестница ведёт в грязь и яму? Или это тоже часть туристического погружения в прошлое?
