В этом году планируем масштабные работы по ликвидации стихийных свалок на территории Беслана.

Силами МКУ «Служба городского хозяйства» уже справились с важным этапом — привели в порядок въезд в Беслан со стороны с. Алханчурт. Здесь мусор скапливался годами, и рабочим понадобилось несколько дней, чтобы полностью очистить территорию.

Также завершены работы по уборке прилегающей к бывшей автостанции территории. Сейчас ведется активная уборка обочин дорог в черте города. Все это - лишь начало. Беслан будет преображаться, становясь более чистым, уютным и комфортным для жизни.

Важно помнить, что чистота нашего города зависит от каждого из нас. Призываю всех жителей не мусорить и бережно относиться к городской инфраструктуре. Давайте вместе сделаем Беслан более красивым и чистым местом для жизни.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
