مهندس افسانه اسماعیلی، متولد ١٣٧٧ ، دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد رشته بهداشت محیط دانشکده بهداشت مشهد و یکی از جوان ترین پژوهشگران برتر شانزدهمین جشنواره علمی- اجرایی " بهداشت محیط ایران " است که ضمن کسب عنوان سوم پژوهشگر برتر در این جشنواره‌ی ملی، طی دو دوره متوالی نیز در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشکده بهداشت، به عنوان محقق برتر در این مجموعه معرفی گردیده است
