Захват заложника (ст. 261 ч. 2 п. 4 УК РК) – предусмотрено лишение свободы на срок от семи до 12 лет с конфискацией имущества.
Хулиганство с применением оружия (ст. 293 ч. 3 УК РК) – предусмотрено лишение свободы на срок от трёх до семи лет. Заведомо ложное сообщение об акте терроризма (ст. 273 УК РК) – штраф в размере до 5 000 МРП либо лишение свободы до пяти лет.
