Не утихает спор между «Аюнкой» и «Аленкой». Фабрика «Красный Октябрь» потребовала снять бурятский шоколад с продажи – якобы, это явный плагиат их знаменитой «Аленки». Но абсолютное большинство с этим не согласно.
На помощь «Аюнке» пришел бизнес-омбудсмен Бурятии Чингис Матхеев. Он встретился с производителем шоколада Александром Разживиным и устроил ему консультацию с юристами. Сразу несколько юридических компаний готовы помочь «Аюнке» бесплатно – хотят спасти бурятский шоколад.
– Подготовили ответ на претензию и отправили в адрес «Красного Октября». Судебная практика разная, но в любом случае на первом этапе будем стараться решить все вопросы в досудебном порядке. Самое главное, чтобы наш производитель вышел из этой ситуации с максимальной выгодой и с минимальными потерями, – отметил Чингис Матхеев.
Бизнес-омбудсмен пообещал, что будет держать читателей в курсе развития событий между «Аюнкой» и «Аленкой».
