Главный редактор журнала «Luminescence» обосновал отклонение статьи, посланной в журнал для опубликования сотрудником ИХР РАН, введением санкций на работы исследователей из России, аффилированных в государственных организациях.
Предложенный редактором путь обхода возникшего запрета заключается в исключении из текста статьи аффилиаций, находящихся под санкциями издательства. Сложно себе представить, что научная работа, выполненная за счет средств государства, может быть опубликована без указания организации, где она выполнялась.
