- في داخلنا أكثر من شخص- وهاد ماله تعداد شخصيات- و يلي هنن( الطفل، الأب، الأنا) كلّ حدا فيهم بعبر عن موقف معين أنت بتمرق فيه، مثلًا، الطفل: بلحظات الحبّ، الفرح، المرح . الأب: لحظات لمنأرشد فيها انفسنا و مننقدها، منوعيها...الخ
لهيك بكلّ موقف لازم نسأل حالنا مين يلي عم يحكم الموقف حاليًا؟ وهل هاد الموقف بناسبه الطفل أو الأب أو الأنا لجواتنا؟ (عنجد لما فكرت فيها و قربتها ع مواقف بحياتي اتأكدت من المعلومة)
و هون أنت لازم تحدد مين يتعامل معك بكلّ موقف، مثلًا بلحظات الضعف و البكاء، ما بينفع اتعامل مع حالي بشخصية الطفل المُتذمر! لأن لح زيد الأمر سوء، بحاول اتعامل مع ذاتي كأب راشد .
فعليًا هي الفقرة بالكتاب، خلتني حذرة كيف بحكي مع حالي، و انتبه لطريقة تفكيري أكثر .
