У липні 2024 року Державна інспекція архітектури та містобудування України видала дозвіл на нове будівництво за адресою: Грушевського, 4б, у Києві.

Сьогодні на цьому місці знаходиться флігель швейцарського підприємця І.Бонадурера, 1878 р. Це одна з небагатьох вцілілих будівель, що пережила велику пожежу на Хрещатику спричинену відступом радянських військ у 1941 р.

Аби зберегти історичну будівлю активісти розробили і подали облікову документацію на повернення їй охоронного статусу памʼятки. Попередній - забудовник скасував через
суди 😏

Допомогти роздуплитися чиновникам швидше можна підписавши однойменну петицію. Часу обмаль, але розголос може домогти врятувати чергову історичну будівлю від знесення:

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
