Главное условие – продукт должен быть зарегистрирован в Едином реестре российского ПО. В программе уже участвуют 11 рекламных площадок, а также 22 маркетинговых агентства.
Также отмечается, что данная мера поддержки разработана с целью поддержки компаний-разработчиков российского ПО и соответствует целям и задачам национального проекта «Цифровая экономика».
