Такие преступления наказываются лишением свободы на срок от 12 до 15 лет с конфискацией имущества.
Ранее пресс-секретарь президента, комментируя задержание Сабырбекова, подчеркнул, что он хотел иметь «крышу» во власти для защиты своей противоправной деятельности, поэтому и сделал предложение Лазат Нуркожоевой.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte.
