Вчера в Ленинским районном суде вынесли приговор бывшим и нынешним сотрудникам Temirov Live, которых обвиняют в призывах к массовым беспорядкам.
Судья Кылычбек Истамкулов огласил приговор:
Махабат Тажибек кызы (супруга Болота Темирова) - 6 лет лишения свободы.
Азамат Ишенбеков - 5 лет лишения свободы.
Айке Бейшекеева и Актилек Капаров - по 3 года пробации
Остальные обвиняемые оправданы: Тыныстан Асыпбек уулу, Сайпидин Султаналиев, Максат Тажибек уулу, Жоодар Бузумов, Сапарбек Акунбеков, Акыл Орозалиев и Жумабек Турдалиев.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
