يروى عن الإمام أبي حنيفة أنه كان يرى جواز القراءة في الصلاة باللغة الفارسية، وبنى بعض أصحابه على هذا القول -جوازها بالفارسية- جوازها بالتركية والهندية. وقد صحّ رجوعه عنها. والله اعلم. أمّا صاحباه فأجازاها للضرورة، أي للعاجز عن العربية، دون القادر على القراءة بها. وهذا ما تجري به الفتوى في مذهب الأحناف.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
