Напомним, об открытии прямых рейсов между Кировом и Казанью договорились губернатор Кировской области Александр Соколов и раис Татарстана Рустам Минниханов. В минтрансе области сообщили, что во время подготовки к открытию рейсов были решены все сложные организационные вопросы.
