После V века Рождество было перенесено на 25 декабря, чтобы «забыть» языческий праздник, а Крещение осталось 6 числа. Армянская Церковь не последовала за Римской и осталась верна изначальным традициям (тем более, что к V веку как такового язычества в Армении не осталось).
После разделения Церквей, изменения календарей и добавления +13 дней получается, что в наше время католическая церковь и 11 из православных отмечают Рождество 25 декабря, 4 православные церкви — 7 января, а Армянская (тоже православная, если что), как и было изначально, — 6 января. Причем все так же не разделяя Рождество и Крещение.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
