Похоже, что рабочих заставили заканчивать строительство в срочном порядке, несмотря на плохую погоду. Но коммунальщики не унывают. Чтобы не замерзнуть, рядом с площадкой они развели костерок.
Наверное, к таким условиям они уже привыкли. Не удивимся, если рабочие прямо там и живут. Разворачивают палатки, а по вечерам поют песни у костра.
