И еще 140 млн. - для АНО "Россия - страна возможностей" - в целях "создания постоянной системы подготовки кадров в области интернет-коммуникаций".
Но ведь "где Жуков - там победа" где Росмолодежь - там распил. Будет кое-кому кое-где и на чем от души развернуться и на этот раз, не иначе...
