Источники в Минобороны сообщили нам, что Москва, Санкт-Петербург и еще минимум несколько городов получили указание из Кремля подготовиться к повышению единоразовых выплат гражданам, которые хотят заключить контракт и служить в армии.
Повышение должно состояться примерно с 1 января 2025 года. С одной стороны это демонстрирует попытку властей оттянуть мобилизацию, с другой стороны - найти деньги в большом объеме будет сложно. Условно - 100 тысяч контрактников по 3 миллиона - это 300 миллиардов рублей. И это только региональные выплаты.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
