Алгоритм работы на Федеральном портале нормативных правовых актов regulation.gov.ru

По шагам:
1. Переходим по ссылке, например, https://regulation.gov.ru/Regulation/Npa/PublicView?npaID=153365
2. Жмем на Профиль (Человечка) в верхнем правом углу.
3. Если у вас есть аккаунт на ГосУслугах – входим через ЕСИА (рис.1)
Если есть регистрация на портале Regulation – входим по паролю или регистрируемся и входим.
4. Попадаем на экран (рис.2) и в левом верхнем углу жмем на Орла.
5. Вводим номер проекта Приказа (рис. 3).
6. Жмем на название проекта (рис. 4).
7. Ставим 👎 (рис. 5).
8. В «Этапах проекта» в графе «Ваши предложения» (рис. 6) оставляем аргументированные отзывы (рис. 7) и прикрепляем файлы.
9. Всё. Выходим из профиля.
