Явление вызывается отражением света на горизонтальных плоских гранях ледяных кристаллов, взвешенных в воздухе. При низких температурах подобные кристаллы образовываются в низких слоях атмосферы, поэтому световые столбы чаще наблюдаются в холодное время года.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
