Согласно проекту постановления, в действующий перечень из 12 городов предлагается добавить Гусиноозерск, Селенгинск, Улан-Удэ, Махачкалу, Кызыл, Абакан, Черногорск, Барнаул, Петровск-Забайкальский, Ачинск, Лесосибирск, Минусинск, Уссурийск, Комсомольск-на-Амуре, Чегдомын, Астрахань, Ангарск, Зиму, Иркутск, Свирск, Усолье-Сибирское, Черемхово, Шелехов, Кемерово, Курган, Искитим, Новочеркасск, Ростов-на-Дону и Южно-Сахалинск.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
