There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
