Эксперты подчеркивают, что высокие позиции в рейтинге обусловлены высокой вовлеченностью Ильи Середюка в жизнь региона: губернатор лично участвует в решении важнейших вопросов ключевых сфер - от промышленной до социальной.
Также отмечаются усилия главы региона по оптимизации структуры регионального правительства: с его приходом были упразднены некоторые должности, объединены министерства.
