Сейчас там расположены объекты, которые не приносят пользу столице и горожанам, некоторые участки не застроены. На их месте появятся кварталы с высокотехнологичными производствами, жилыми домами, инфраструктурой, благоустроенными зонами для прогулок и отдыха.
