При этом получение азербайджанского паспорта — процесс экстрасложный и репатриация по национальному признаку в нем не предусмотрена. Из-за этого вся азербайджанская диаспора здесь ходит с паспортами РФ.
В общем, я не понимаю как это должно было навредить России 🤷🏻♂️

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher.
