Самое смешное, что этот удивительный банчок отвечал отказами на ее обращения до тех пор, пока не получил мотивированную досудебную претензию. А после претензии у банка в известном месте кизяк загорелся и они пошли на попятный.
Теперь будем взыскивать расходы на меня, любимого, и моральный вред, потому что ни то, ни другое никуда не делось.
