Они признаны виновными в ряде эпизодов мошенничества (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ). Один из организаторов группы — ранее уже судимый за квартирные мошенничества нотариус и адвокат Фаиль Садретдинов — находится в международном розыске.
