Начну с Барселоны и района Sant Marti(Poblenou в частности). Интересный район. В бывшая промзона

➕
- рядом море
- приемлимые цены на аренду 1200-2000€
- хипстерские кафе и движ
- обещают технологический центр Барселоны и квартал smart22
- много велодорожек и комфортный для вело тк плоский
- есть новостройки

➖
- очень мало школ
- мало зелени и на улицах жарко
- иногда воняет канализацией(плохо работает) и очистными
- дорогая покупка апартов 400-600к. Но это еще дешево

Выводы: Приемлимый район. выглядит ок если ты один или без детей и работаешь в faang. Или хочешь жить возле моря без толп туристов как ниже диагонали
