Кстати, заключенные живут не за счет налогов. По крайней мере те, кто работает, а их большинство. Из зарплаты вычитают плату за еду, одежду, обувь и коммуналку.
Как я уже говорила, считаю, что бывшим заключенным помогать важно, но нужно это делать адресно, подыскивая жильё по всему городу, а не устраивая гетто в одном месте. Поэтому перенос центра в другое место не решит проблему — там возмутятся другие жители.
