Международный арбитражный суд Стокгольма поддержал позицию австрийской энергокомпании OMV в споре с «Газпром экспортом» из-за прекращения поставок газа, следует из отчета компании за 2024 год. Компания зачла в счет своих обязательств по расторгнутому договору компенсацию в размере €48 млн.
«В свете этого благоприятного решения финансовые последствия частичного зачета обязательств по контракту на поставку австрийского газа были отражены в составе прочих операционных доходов в 2025 году в размере €48 млн»,— сообщается в отчете.
