🏺 Пока кто-то отлёживается после всех съеденных новогодних салатов, редакция «Люди Z» решила посетить один из древнейших городов на территории России — Херсонес Таврический, ну и расположенный тут недавно открытый музейный комплекс, конечно же.

Поразила нас тут не только завораживающая красота реконструкций древнего облика города, но и большое число посетителей. Хотя последнее понять можно, вход-то сюда бесплатный😉

На территории сразу несколько отдельных музеев, посвященных как древней истории (античности и Византии, а также Христианства), так и современной — Крыма и Новороссии. О нём поговорим чуть позже. Пока же, наслаждайтесь красотой и пишите, бывали ли вы уже в Новом Херсонесе?

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
