Винегрет вообще ворвался с ноги как «обычный» приём пищи. Хотя раньше казалось, что готовить его геморрой несусветный.
Секрет моего приготовления: Берём ребенку - вовлекаем в процесс. Он сжирает половину ингредиентов и теряет интерес. Далее отправляем его смотреть мультики и спокойно нарезаем овощи.
Мой винегрет состоит из: ▶️Свекла, морковь, картошка, горошек, соленые огурцы. ▶️Когда есть квашеная капуста - люблю её добавлять. ▶️А заправляю маслом, желательно вонючим, рафинированным.
